and triglycerides. I t has also been shown increase HDL cholesterol.
Green tea should be considered as a part of most anti aging diets.
But be warned, Green Tea should not be used in patients who are receiving bortezomib, a chemotherapy agent used to treat multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma.
Green Tea has a nominal adverse side effect profile with most of the side effects being associated with its caffeine content. These include gastrointestinal upset, insomnia, and irritability.

Dr Ken Romeo - Anti Aging - Is Sex Good for your Health in Senior Years? - Reno Nevada

OPINION: Dr Ken Romeo  775-870-6942
Using national longitudinal data from the National Social Life, Health and Aging Project (N = 2,204) scientists studied the relationship of sex and cardiovascular risk in later life and they particularly studied sexual activity and sexual quality as they affect cardiovascular risk.
They defined cardiovascular risk as hypertension, rapid heart rate, elevated C-reactive protein (CRP), and general cardiovascular events.
They found that older men are more likely to report being sexually active, having sex more often, and having more enjoyably than are older women.
However, results from cross-lagged models suggest that high frequency of sex is positively related to a later risk of cardiovascular events for men but not women.
Also, good sexual quality seems to protect women but not men from cardiovascular risk in later life.
The scientists found no evidence that poor cardiovascular health interferes with later sexuality for either gender.
