Will you need Fat Loss Supplements during the Anti Aging Diet? With two exceptions, and even then in rare instances, don’t waste your money! The two exceptions are DHEA and one more than will be explained in the last post of this series. The final supplement is reserved for those with a “sweet tooth,” and those who are diagnosed as Type II diabetic.
The Anti Aging Diet requires NO supplementation via over-the-counter supplements.

Americans are getting fatter and fatter despite the marketing of foods that are “low fat” and “fat free.” Why?
Foods that are low-fat and fat-free are usually high in sugar. Sugar is cheap and tastes good. But the bottom line is that sugar is highly addictive and causes weight gain and the insulin spikes that the Anti Aging Diet will eliminate.
