OPINION: Dr Ken Romeo 775-870-6942
Green tea may be “heart healthy.” It has been shown to decrease LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol and should be considered as a part of most anti aging diets.
Green Tea has a low adverse side effect profile with most of the side effects being associated with its caffeine content. These include gastrointestinal upset, insomnia, and irritability.
Drink up!
Yours in Health.
