Calorie restricted diets, gluten-free, high-carb and low-carb diets seem to be the most popular diets to induce quick weight loss today.
Regrettably, they do not cause significant fat loss in the short term. The weight that an obese person loses on a low carbohydrate diet in particular will come back and it will contain more fat than the weight lost through the diet. Ask anyone who has fallen from grace doing the Atkins diet.
Be wary of “fad diets!” The Anti Aging Diet is a lifestyle that is easy to follow and tastes great because you will eat the foods that you love.
